A superb collection of archive motor racing photography by a master of the art, and packed with outstandingly well researched, highly detailed and entertaining history.
The clothbound edition was limited to 1000 copies. The leatherbound edition consisted of only 100 copies, handbound in Morocco leather in a drop-back buckram Solander box and signed by the authors. Ten copies of this edition designated to the Ferrari edition, which were quarter bound with either a blue or black vellum spine and specially milled aluminium front and back covers, sprayed with the classic red Ferrari paint to vehicle quality finish. They were attached by means of rivets, fitting snugly into a rebated area on the inside. The spine has the title foil blocked in silver, the end papers are yellow Mingei Japanese paper and the book is encased in either a blue or black buckram drop-back Solander box.
