A companion piece to The Aston Martin V8, The Aston Martin V8 Register meticulously details the specifications of each variant of the V8 cars. This accompanying volume contains a wealth of information about the different V8s, including motor show appearances, press coverage, and more.

The models are lavishly illustrated with over 150 specially commissioned photographs by Palawan, alongside images from the Aston Martin Heritage Trust’s archive and the compiler’s own collection.

Finally, the book concludes with the full V8 chassis list, covering all 5,000+ V8s. The chassis list is derived from the AMHT’s database and gives the original chassis number, engine number, drive, transmission, external and internal colours, as well as highlighting cars that differ from the standard production.

This volume has been compiled by Rob Smith, Aston Martin V8 enthusiast and current Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the AMHT.
